Celebrating Recent Promotions at Flude

We are thrilled to share news of several well-earned promotions within our team—each a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and excellence our colleagues bring to Flude.
Firstly, Alex Minchell has been promoted to Associate. Over his eight years with us, Alex has consistently demonstrated exceptional knowledge across multiple disciplines. A respected RICS Registered Valuer, he has recently played an increasingly strategic role in shaping the direction of our Professional team and the wider firm. His promotion is a testament to both his technical expertise and his leadership.
We are also pleased to announce that Alice Masterman has been promoted to Associate. Alice’s outstanding contributions span business development and strategic planning. Her active role in shaping the Agency Department’s business strategy and her continued networking efforts underscore her unwavering commitment to our shared success.
In addition, Nick Martin has been promoted to Graduate/Apprentice Surveyor. Currently studying for a degree in Property with UCEM, Nick exemplifies drive and ambition. His close collaboration with Ed Deslandes has helped cement our position in the Brighton office market, contributing to our recent CoStar award win for the sixth consecutive year—an outstanding achievement.
