Flude Announce Sale of 2 Acres of Land on the Side of the A22

We are pleased to report the successful sale of this prominent 2-acre roadside site with a substantial frontage to the A22. The site was subject to a fire in 2022 in which the offices and depot/workshop were destroyed and has since sat vacant.
The marketing attracted strong levels of interest from a wide range of parties, reflecting its strategic location and potential for redevelopment. Formerly used for the display and sale of motorhomes, the site offers a clear, level, and secure setting with significant future opportunities.
