The 2026 annual CoStar awards have been announced, and Flude are delighted to share that we have been recognised as:

• Winners of the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for both the total number of deals and the total quantity of square footage transacted in Brighton & Hove.
• Runner up of the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for total number of deals on the South Coast.
• In the top 5 agents for the Investment Award – Regional Investment Agency in the South East.

Securing first place as the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for an incredible seventh consecutive year highlights the outstanding performance of Ed Deslandes and Nick Martin, whose continued impact and high level of activity in the office market have driven this achievement.
