In particular we are experienced in the provision of advice on situations where a change of use is required – to permit, for example, an alternative commercial use (for a D1 occupier to occupy space currently consented for B1 use for example) or to enable a conversion of a commercial property to a residential use.
We are experienced in providing reports to support planning applications for changes of use / redevelopment.
We are also experienced in the provision of advice on the mix and balance of uses within a new development scheme.
We have relationships with specialist planning practices and can draw in the necessary planning and legal expertise from these associations where necessary.
